We take great pride in the quality of our work and the comprehensive service we provide. We do not sub-contract out to other builders; we do everything ourselves, from planning and design to completion of building works.
We work with you, ensuring that you are included every step of the way. We will work to your schedule and will do all we can to finish your project on time and within budget. We believe that communication is the key to a successful building project – we don’t like surprises any more than you do!
At the initial free consultation, measurements will be taken and we will discuss what you have in mind. At our next meeting, we will present you with a scaled design, detailing the position of the stairs, the shape, layout and size of the loft room, and so on. Even at this point, you are still under no obligation to part with any money. This is part of our free quotation service, and we don’t expect a commitment from you until you are ready to proceed. We will present you with a detailed quote for the works to be carried out, with each step broken down. We don’t believe in hidden extras!
We are family people too, and we fully appreciate the impact building work can have on your life. With this in mind, we guarantee to treat your home with the utmost respect, and to keep disruption to a minimum – for the first 3 – 4 weeks we will create our own access to the loft and will only be working on the loft area and do not need regular access to the main house until the stairs are fitted. We also take great care at the end of each day to clear things away and leave your home as we found it.
