When Steve and Jossie realised that space was dwindling in their terraced house, they made the decision to look into a loft conversion to bring much needed space into their home. Steve took charge of the situation and decided - after a free initial consultation and quote - that Bespoke Lofts had the experience and skills to perform the job to a high standard and so awarded them the contract.
Steve and Jossie wanted a loft conversion to be added to their home which would be used as an extra bedroom, providing valuable extra living space. How it was DoneBespoke Lofts’ experts decided that a dormer loft conversion would be most suitable and put forward a range of design ideas to Steve and Jossie. It was estimated that the project would take seven weeks to complete. The timescale was strictly adhered to and Steve and Jossie were kept informed throughout the build so that they knew exactly what stage the project was at and whether the estimated finish date would be met on time.
The loft space was turned into a bedroom which is now being fully utilised. This was Steve and Jossie’s first experience of having home building works done, and they said they were delighted with the experience.
